My work begins with a way of seeing: the enterprise as a whole system, with its functions and capabilities understood through their contribution to the whole.
Over more than 25 years in enterprise technology, commercial leadership, strategy and business development, I have worked around decisions involving growth, technology, risk and organizational change.
That experience informs my books and frameworks. Each examines the enterprise from a different perspective, connecting practical experience with applied research and structured methods.
My current work focuses on AI strategy and governance, enterprise AI adoption, technology priorities, resilience and decision-making. It also asks what human judgment and capability must become as systems become more capable.
